Job Description

This position leads the design of one of our key product offerings at Siebel Systems. Working as a dedicate member of the design and development team, the Senior UI Designer is expected to work collaboratively with team members, leading a user-centered and scenarios-based design process to drive the development of an innovative and easy to use products.

Job Responsibilities

• Leadership role in a team designing User Interfaces for hosted CRM product offering.
• Work closely with product management teams to evangelize design directions and define new product concepts.
• Drive the development of product designs, prototypes, product specifications, and product road maps.
• Work with Usability Engineering to gather user data and refine design
• Work with other members of the User Experience group on a variety of design evaluations, field studies, and other user-centered activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Interaction and Visual design for desktop and Web products
• Minimum of three years industry experience
• Familiarity and experience with user-centered design techniques, in particular scenario-based design methods
• Proven ability to work quickly through design interactions; from conceptual stages through production detailing.
• Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail
