SAP's User Experience team is looking for experienced professionals to help evangelize a user-centered design process throughout the company. You will be working closely with product teams to help them improve the overall user experience and to streamline aspects of the development process related to the GUI. You will work in a small interdisciplinary design team to ensure UI specifications and guidelines are complete in the design phase and are responsible for user experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Graduate level training in:

Human Computer Interaction
Human Factors
Cognitive Psychology
Industrial Design
Other related discipline

Important Additional Information

Candidates must have three or more years experience doing data driven UI design in a high tech company. Strong experience translating user research and human-factors principles into prototypes and UI specifications required. They must have experience working closely with domain experts to develop user profiles, use cases, and scenarios. Knowledge of techniques such as task analysis, field research, formal UI reviews, and usability testing is highly desirable. Must be a solid team player with good writing, presentation, and project management skills. Experience with enterprise software a plus.
